I never understand that allmost every year Mumbai is flooded during the period of July - September.Heavy losses are incurred during this period.Alomst the entire state comes to a grinding hault.When such incidences occur every year why not the government take necessary steps.I think the drainage system should be improved which is allmost about century old system.I think the civilians should take necessary steps and act against the governmentand compell them to take necessary action at the earliest.

Sivajibhai....OK you start in yr area/i start in my area/Rukhmani Khemka already started by telling you and me....So do you understand now about how it should be done....stop using plastic bags ask your neighbour not to throw garbage on roads and gutters (there are many things we can individually follow and help BMC)....so happy rains..enjoy saturday and sunday
