Brilliant idea but practically speaking, these tactics work only if everyone comes together in solidarity. Could that ever happen in Mumbai?

it will happen only if some one (celebrity) should start coz as citzen of indian, living in mumbai ,tax payer we have rights to fight what we desrve gov take our money and provide us nothing so why shld we pay.
