This is a very standard report when it rains heavily in Mumbai. Rediff and other news agencies would be having such reports saved as 'templates' and must be simply pasting this template on the web site with a few minor amendments, everytime it rains heavily.
TV news channels will show clippings which only god knows, if were taken recently of 5 years back!

yeah true! And I am sure you are sitting in the comfort of your home with a cup of hot cofee and kanda bhajiya enjoying the day...Try going out in the rain and doing some reporting..

To add a step further, I am sitting in my comfortable house at place a few thousand kms from Mumbai and sending these comments.... not like Sivajibhai who is sending messages from Dharavi!
