Rain is natural and cannot be helped. But the flooding in Mumbai is man made. Most of the land is occupied by towering building and hardly any free space left. any rain just more than the moderate amount is going to make floods. High time that BMC and govt stop new constructions in Mumbai and ground some older buildings.
