what do u meen by u guys did u know that mumbai population is 40 % from up and bihar? what can the urban taxpayer do when he is outnumbered 1:10 by slum inhabitant we are irrelevant now they dont need our votes they need our money as tax khairar was a good man that was his crime in india good men are either dead or made gods !

mumbai's biggest problem is those pesky ghaties ... they are not the enterprising lot ... but want to be rich like gujjus ... so they get those local and state govt positions thru reservation and then screw the dept with laziness and corruption
no matter whatever mumbai collects as taxes, money will be wasted ... to make mumbai better, first free it from the mediocre ghaties operating the administration ... make merit not reservation the criteria for administration jobs
make mumbai a separate state or territory and settle these ghaties elsewhere in maharashtra.
