Good - The State Govt , UPA Congress Govt is pro poor, pro minoritya nd pro Dalit and they are doing their best to try to help poor people of Mumbai

Bad- Very little culter in Mumbai, Women wearing mini skirt all bad dress, getting drinks, going to bar, staying late night in roads, very bad thing
