"The law was for all irrespective of religion".

This is not at all followed. If so, then why should somebody oppose Common Civil Code ? How is the law being allowed to discriminate among citizens based on their religion.

Let us vote to any party which promises a common civil code - not necessarily the Hindu law or the Muslim personal law. Let us have an Indian Civil Code like the Indian Penal Code.

so.. ??? does it mean that TADA applies to only islaminc terrorism...

do you consider those who place bombs in cars to kill people as common criminals... they too are terrorists, albeit a different kind...

What I have learnt from Indian politics are:
1. Communist Party = Gunda Party
2. Congress Party = Communal Party
3. BJP = do not have any specific
Ideology
4. Other Party's = They can change their
principle according to
the situation arise
