Kashmir controversy

"August 1948 UN resolutions, which acknowledged that the state of Jammu and Kashmir had legally acceded to India through the Instrument of Accession."

Now, where is the controvery? Kashmir is with India legally. Why should we have dialouge with Pak and beg them?

The controversy is because Nehru the congress idiot promised a plebiscite which was never held.
