Who all can file nomination for president post? Is it like MP or MLA post nomination?

Anyone can file but you need atleast 10 persons with voting rights ( MLA'S or MPs ) to forward and second your nomination. All these other 17 persons nomination is sure to be rejected.

Woh din door nahi jab criminal n only criminals will be president ( going by political scenerio these day ) . Waise ek corrupt lady to is baar banne hi wali hai
