Govt should check all ends if they decide to allow this ship to chennai port, it is one of the important metro, so they cannot take any chance. so be very careful what ever the decesion you make.
of course that single aircraft carrier carries enough armamnet to destroy an entire continent, but thats only in warfare.....no chance of radiation leak.
