So that it decides to share some water.

Its sorry that Karnataka has acquired such an uncooperative and a selfish image from all of its neighboring states.

I have sympathy for all the states in India, and had for Karnataka too till the 1991 riots when the kannadigas killed innocient Tamils and even now cause riots when any decision is made on Cauvery. Sorry my sympathy all dried.
