Hello Mahendra, the first part you are right but in the second part you are totally wrong. There are cheats in Americans as well. If you have any doubt you can contact the export community in India they will tell you horror stories of being cheated by Americans.

m doing business w americans for last 6 yrs.i found them honest in most cases.good and bad are part of every society.but the thing in the percentage of goodness and badness

You are lucky but that is not with the case with others so generalising may not be accurate
