Ultimately, its people who will decide. As in people from AP will decide. If we want AP to stay with india, then we got to respect 'their' culture (different from the ours). And bring them into mainstream. You cannot have the attitude of 'those flat-nose chinkis' and expect AP to be part of india? Remember they are of mongolian race and look chinese.

India is a multi ethnic, multi cultural country - i dont understand what you mean by AP's culture vis-a-vis "OURS" - call it "YOURS" please. Your culture could as well be very different from that of your neighbouring state & absolute alien 2 states hence. Since when has CHINA become the Guardian of the MONGOLOID RACE. That way let Kashmir go to Afghanistan (historical legacy), Punjab & Kutch (in Gujarat) to Pakistan, Tamil Nadu to Srilanka (they look lot alike), West Bengal to Bangladesh & that is it - END OF INDIA. Please have respect for the other's sentiment before you speak on racialially sensitive issues. For your information, HINDI is the spoken language at TAWANG & not any "TRIBAL/MONGOLOID/CHINESE" language. LONG LIVE ARUNACHAL PRADESH, LONG LIVE INDIA - JAI HIND.
