No..It is wrong

I have studied the same here and found the Norwegian scientists are wrong. The last one is always smarter. Also aged parents kids are smarter than others...Just check this with your neighbours or relatives...

its a matter of responsibility only, younger or elder whoever have responsibility , will be smarter
