Well guys this seems to be the only presidential election where there are going to be ego clashes and the president elected will be worst ever to hold the esteemed psotion of position of POI. This is bloody mockery of the entire democracy and the republic. And the problem is that till the time we keep electing popular or powerful goons,we will never get rid of any of the problems facing the country.

worst ever? how aalsi?
every election we go through this ... each party has a candidate ... each party's supporters don't like the other party's candidate. how's it different this time?
How is this a mockery of democracy? Have any constitutional provisions been violated? or must BJP's candidate always win for an election to be considered fair?
If you're really an alsi, don't bother to respond. LOL

Mr Baliff,I do not approve of any candidates proposed by any of the political parties, this time over.I hate BJP and the congress too. They are looking for puppets and not a president. If you think that that is not the case then wait and watch. If ever something like office of profit bill or anything like that comes up for presidential stamp,it will never be returned back for review and amendments.Left and congress did not like Abdul Kalam.he has a mind of his own,so they want a puppet. and if you can understand that then atleast i can consider you a human and not an animal.LOL

aalsi, your approval or disapproval makes no difference. what's more important is that UPA does not approve of Kalam continuing and considers Patil to be a better candidate. BJP has also not put in Kalam's candidature yet, and if they don't, it can mean only one of the two things - either Kalam isn't interetsed in a second term or BJP too considers him unfit for another term.
