NO, u cannot hold a job in BARC and ISRO or TCS simultaneously. But if u are in BARC and are applying for a job in ISRO, u need not resign from your earlier job until u get a job in ISRO and u want to keep it. Same logic applies to Mayawati as well.. she will quit as an MP

She will resign BARC but after joining and serving ISRO ( her new job)!

very interesting comparison. It seems constitution maker were fool and those who are not ready to ammend these provision are bigger fool including the courts
