Should Christians be allowed in Guruvayoor temple?
by Anand Iyer on Jun 12, 2007 03:23 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

In Matthew(10:34 - 36, this is what Jesus says:
"....Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword. For I come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law. And a man's foes shall be they of his own household."

So how do we know that Christians r coming to the temple to pray or to do what jesus said ? Perhaps the authorities r right in not allowing christians in temple. I should rethink my earlier uncompromising stand that non-hindus should be allowed in temple.Dheeraj and others perhaps had a valid point?????
