indian constitution has given right to all indian citizen about relegions, faits and believes. we cannot go back and debate on things which is sorted years back . everybody is allowed and nobody is allowed to interfer in this , constitution has given enough right for this. wheather it is a temple or a mashjid or anything until it is in indian on indian soil, we cannot and morally should not do any thing that comes in discrimination of anything. one should belive in god and allow others to have their right of freedom to belif and pray anyway and any place

I want to use contstitutional rights to enter ladies loo. When ladies protest, quote the constitution to them. Also, use the constitution to enter your neighbour's bedroom. That shows the discrimination and apartheid agains Hindus. How many churches and mosques are governed by the govt.? Where does thier money collection go?
Hindus refuse to recgonise such evil laws and their segregatinon in their own homeland.
Also, the temple is "managed" by the govt., not owned by it. It is not public property. It is owned by the Hindus. The govt. has taken over its management only for siphoning off the huge money collection from devotees and then redistribute it to churches and mosques while Hindu temples crumble for want of funds. Shame! Shame! The day the Hindus explode, all minority rights and secularism will be down the drain.

Churches and mosques currently do not require funds donated to temples.They can either obtain monies from abroad or as in the case of some particular groups print it themselves
