has India built anything on its own post independence?. we only bask in the glory and false pride in the heritage built and nurtured by foreigners who ruled this country.

Seriously jyothi , You are joke .
Please re-check your knowledge their are countless achievements done by Indians (Living in India) Eg : Konkan Railways , Good number of Dams etc etc etc

i am not against canal but definetely not at the cost of some ancient heritage structure
