Its not the Q that should we or should we not ban orkut or even any such websites.
We must accept the fact that Democracy has given right to express but certainly not what ever we like or dislike. Otherwise we may start talking anything to anyone.
The lates raid by Shivsainiks on Cybercafes is because certain people (users of Orkut) have cross their limits of writting.
Do not write anything howso ever it may be true on public usable platforms.
In case if you wanna say so, restrict it with people whom you know.
If we do not control our feelings then we will turn out to be Society of Animals.

Then its better to have dictatorship.No elections, no public opinions.
Why we should waste money on Election process. If required we may enlist our tribal leaders to serve instant justice. Go back to public panchayats and rollback courts

Mr. On Yes its look like you are a leftover in india after partition, your rightful place is either pakistan or bangladesh both of which have what you want namely dictatorship and tribal councils. Democracy doesnt mean only rights, it also has duties, if one cant appreciate the next person's feelings, then it is high time the state plays its role in putting him in his place, if not, soon ur dream of having a dictatorship will come true
