mr baig, well i haven't of heard any such preaching in any of our vedas etc. or may be i haven't read them properly. according to Maharashtra Environment Protection Act, 1986, plastic bags below 20 micron are not be manufactured at all. but as of now we still don't see the law being enforced. forget what our culture etc teaches us. we don't even bother respecting law. who gives a damn abt culture??
