When we fall short of controlling/implementing things.. we just ban them.no using the grey cell... no seating out... its the easiest way out... BAN. Why isn't Shiv Sena banned for it violent bullying tendencies?Who gave them the right to damage public/private property and assualt indivisuals?Is this how a mordern/forward country runs? Instead of arresting these goons and deliberating on how to stop abuse of Orkut... our Govt. has again lived up to its expectation... by thinking over to implement a BAN
