everywhere we are seeing corruption becuase we have week centre, all regional parties are playing very divisive politics with their voter and fragmenting the mandate of people, we need strong poltical parties at centre , who may work as deterrent to antinational element and put presure on corrupt people and put them behind bar and pass stong legistrature to ban them from election,,,,, we need strong electin law,, 1, there should be law every should caste his vote legaly,,he some one is not present his /her vote can be castupon by her guaridian,,it be the responsibility of local punch ,pradhan and patwari , panchayat secretary to inform and distribute the slip of voter card to every home . otherwise declare symblolic fine while making rashan card for poor and land registory for rich,,, 2.every elected victory candidate should get at least 50% vote of total polled,, every vote should be preference votes,,(caste,relgionism, relligionis,automaticaly go) 3. everyparty should abide by their manifesto,, they should declare before election to whom they should support , otherwise they can not support after winning,,if they desire , they are to resign first and contest freshly,, 4.no corrupt income tex evador, criminal , terrorist should be allow to take part in election,, the time period should be very minimum ,,compaign should be allow in tv radio andin a very positive way and friendly way,, 5 all relgious, regiionalism, castism be banned from election issues,,religious place
