A guy in such a position made this stupid things. god or great people will never tell such things against any religious. I think these priests wants to keep their identity, how u can do that by doing these kind of silly discriminations. I don't believe that great persons (Adi Sankara) might have given such stupid rules to follow against other religious people, if he had said, then he is not the person to be followed.

Mr.Gar, With all due respects, please don't just type anything that comes to your mind without thinking a bit and that too in these common forums.
It is clearly the political tactic of that political pig vayalar ravi and his dumbo no.1 son Ravi, playing card and trying to show the power of their money and position. When vayalar ravi knows that Guruvayoor temple has these rules, why the heck should he let his dumbo son to enter the temple in the first place, that to for the second time. Don't blame a righteous old man for doing his duty sincerely. To get to that position, you need great perseverence and hardwork. Don't think it the same way like becoming a politician overnight by doing gundaaism. Please try to respect elder if not anything else. May god help you cure fast.

Mr.Gar, This is not about Tantri making the other not enter the temple, this is a pure case of political dramas..This political pims want to get vote out of this... They know that the so called uppercast hindus are not going to make any problem to there vote banks .. if tantri say don't vote for these people hardly his family memebers will obey.. but the same time if Bishop ask for vote one person..75% will do that...So don't worry , One day POPE will come and do the poojas in the temple and tantri will wait outside the temple ....
