Saravanan-can you do this?
by Anand Iyer on Jun 07, 2007 10:53 AM   Permalink | Hide replies

"If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you."[Matthew 17:20]

Can you command the mountains to move from one place to another and will they move? Y If u can do this, I will accept that ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed. that is all and not perfect or complete faith. If ye cannot, then ye have no faith or what is stated is wrong.

Mr. Iyer,
Thanks for quoting Matthew 17:20. I do not know how much knowledge you have with bible. But I could understand that you are a nut to take the verbal meaning of it. If you had knowledge as a grain of mustard seed, you would not have said that. Even this is what is happening with Kerala people. They are the one who speaks about anything under the sky as if they have created it.

Before God all are equal, say it be the tantri, devote, K. Karunakaran, the ordinary man.
But I find it is different in Gurvayoor. I have never heard of someone going to church and then get the priority of getting confession, or get the priority of receiving the Holy communion, etc. I have heard from my professor that while he was workshipping inside Guruvayoor temple he was literally kicked out of the way by the security guards of K. Karunakaran.

Does your God segregate people? I do not think so your God(s) are this narrow minded.

May God Bless You!

By the way, Are you color-blind?
Open up your heart and see from your heart. Then you will see colors other than Black and White.

Problem is you are seeing things with your mere eyes.

Take Care!
My prayers for you and your family.

You feel that I am a Christian. That is what I understand from your sentences. Fine.. Let it be that way. For me serving "Prani" and praying for every "Prani" is my duty. I prefer serving them more than praying.

Have you heard of these people

1. Swami Amalorananda
2. Bede Griffith
3. Jules Monchanin
4. Pere LeSaux

They were Christian Missionaries or Christian missionaires turned Archaryas or Swamies. They were beyond religion. They were people who tried to found the best in Indian culture, indian religion.

Anjali Ashram, Shantivanam , etc are all ashrams they have started. People who are open minded has accepted that. To accept all these you need have an open mind.

"Marriage of East and West", "The Cosmic Revelation" are books written by Bede Griffith. Those people stood for inter-religious dialogues.. They were not confined to any religion, but people. Like these books there are many where one can understand what is Dharma and What is Divine.

Fine.. Let me stop this.. Nice ..
Let peace be with everyone. (again the same old xtain cheap tactics.. ah?)

Your god segregates beleivers and non believers and throw the latter to be burnt in hell. This is worse than casteism. Hindus dismicrinate against dalits in this world, but your condemn believers in life and afer death too by throwing them in hell.

You are totally wrong here Saravanan. Churches do discriminate between people for their money power. The Haj pilgrimage does discriminate between the Sheikhs and the ordinary people. All organised religion discriminates between those who can pay and those who cant. Those who pay support the "organisation" those who cant are supported by the "organisation".
