I am yet to hear of any Christian married to a Hindu who follows Hinduism. It is always the other way around. They never accept prasad offered after poojas and never pray in the temple. If she was a Hindu, why did she not go to the temple. I am sure she must have baptised her children in the Church and they are also Christians. If there is a rule followed by a temple, why cannot it be followed? Why rake up the issue of the discrimination being due to Vayalar Ravi being a Elava? Politicians have a habit of unduly highlighting caste discriminations.
In our apartments, there is a family. Husband is a Brahmin, wife is a Christian. Their son is also a Christian. They got ochurch evry Sunday. They practise Christianity.
A Hindu family converted into Christians. They have two daughters, naturally Christians.
A boy among their relatives, who are still Hindus, fell in love with this Christian girl and wants to marry her. Now, this Christian family says that they will let him marry her, only if he too converts to Christianity.
