Dear Moderator
by Anand Iyer on Jun 06, 2007 07:01 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

Caste system and untouchability r practices opposed to hindu scriptures. I can quote chapter and verse to justify what i say. Let reforms of hindu society(i.e getting rid of rotten practices whioch contravene scriptural injunctions of Gita etc) be left to people in hindu society like me.

I have seen a lot of annoying xtian and muslim posts which mudsling hinduism(rather than wrong practices) without quoting chapter and verse from hindu scriptures. Why deny liberty to hindus to quote chapter and verse (i.facts rather than opinion) from Bible and Quran in response? If those verses r not to the liking of xtians and muslims-then it is not fault of person quoting them. If they can refute them, let them refute it. But they can't. So they report abuse. And u take their side. May I know whats happening?
