Alternative-1 Reserve 100% jobs/seats for SC/ST/OBC and then declare every Indian as either SC or ST or OBC.
Alternative-2 Leave it to the States to decide what they wan't to do. States should enact their own law. Those companies do not like the laws of UP or TN can come to WB, Keral, Maharashtra or vice versa.
Alterantive -3 No reseravtion but positive affirmation. No reduced cut off mark or quaota. Only if a SC/ST/OBC cabdidate gets equal marks as a upper cast candidate then prefer the SC/ST/OBC candidate. The same rule applies for the econmically backward candidates also.
Alternative -4 Partition India again in cast and religious lines as was done 60 years ago and screw everybody.
