MY QUESTION IS-

Can we, the people of india, sue a politician for not fullfilling his promises made during the election campaign?

Is there such a provision in our law? I know there is a discussion going on in Australia about this, but is it possible in India?

Signs of it are already visible.

Potholes are being named after the local politician, who does not keep promises...
