Congress Govt. is misleading the Indian public on nuclear deal
by Ind Prince on Jun 03, 2007 02:37 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

ndia would have to guarantee it would not test any nuclear weapons in the future if India signs this deal
(failing to do so and going ahead with the test in the future would result in severe penalties as well as sanctions). Considering the hostile environment India stays in (with China and Pakistan, both nuclear weapons & enemies of India as neighbors who would continue testing and refining their nuclear weapons), signing this deal would be akin to India committing %u2018HARAKIRI%u2019 by signing this deal.

USA is also vague about question of lifetime fuel supplies.

Lastly, not only is the US unwilling to allow reprocessing and part with technology/equipment, but they are unwilling to let any other country do that as well. A lot of our scientists are really worried about this and have openly said so

dont forget ...we r among a few nuclear power states who developed this on its own ...besides that our missile and space technology is adequate ...the reason of failure is not much related to non-capabilities of scientist alone ...its partly bcos of management ...ISRO is much better managed than DRDO ...but the real reason is lack of funds ...
So don't pass any comment without any knowledge and if u think that u r very intelligent then clear the interview of BARC
