He has faced a lot in his life and I think he certainly deserve such a harsh decision. I just want to ask why in our country called India, we always keep on saying that India is rising, but what about our judicial system. This man has waited for almost 12 years, he has changed and a great person, but six years is too long for him. I do agree he committed an act that just can not be ignored, but again what about our so called politicians who are still living their life comfortably even after multiple scams and criminal acts. At the end all I can say is he is a strong person mentally and I am sure when he will come back, he will completely be new person. Though he is now 40 but he has long way to go... I pray and wish him all the best.

Politicians do also get sentences after long wait, Shibu Soren is an example. Judicial system is overloaded and slow that does not mean acts of terrorism should be condoned. AK56 is no ordinary weapon it is a prohabited bore gun. In USA you can buy a rifel or shotgun showing your driving licence but for possessing an assault rifel ( AK47 / AK56 ) you will get minimum 20 years in jail, I hope you understand how different AK56 is from an ordinary gun.
