Manu Sharma killed Jessica Lal in presence of hundreds of people broad day light murder and he was declared clean by the judge!!! Because he was son of a Minister and he must have criminal records but he enjoy special privilege!!!! Sanjay has no criminal record, he has not even harmed any one and he is given 6 years in jail!! What type of Justice in this country. I respect our judiciary highly but there has to be something reasonableness, here Rapist and murderers get bail next day and again they commit rape and murder and Sanjay is not given even 2/3 days to surrender!!!

Sanjay Dutt had been given 13 years to surrender for a crime that risked national security. Melting down AK-56 and then throwing it in sea, do you call it innocence? At the very first place why did he keep AK-56 at home. And to your first point, don't forget, his father was a minister too in the current cabinet only.

I am also a Sunjay Dutt fan. But,manu sharma was accused of murder and sunjay dutt is of terrorism accomplice due to harbouring of AK-47 at home.Murder only kills one body but terrorism kills several people and also national security gets jeopardised. Sanjay Dutt was quite matured enough to know rules and regulation of ARMS Act whhen possessed AK-47. Hence, he should not be given mercy to this seemingly harmless but terror-aid act .I appreciate indian LAW that it didn't give decision in the actor's favour.Terrorism should not encouraged at any form.
Has the dignity of your sisters ever been threatened in broad day light?
If not, you are just not in a position to understand Sanjay's case.
Like any son or brother he just went looking for arms to protect himself and the family when mob frenzy crowd were threatening his family.
People forget the circumstances.
Stop talking about National Risk. Particularly in Sanjay's case.
Sanjay is not involved with serial bomb blasts.
He got entangled with Arm act.
Only thing that set him apart from the rest of us is that he let his unguided youth take over his logical thinking at one point of time.
Also what sets him apart from the rest of us, is that he corrected himself, did lots of good works, became a good law abiding citizen and put full faith in judiciary.
See, not a single outburst from Sanjay even after getting the relatively harsh sentence !
And after getting the punishment, he tells the mediamen " just pray for me".

We can't expect justice from this Judiciary. A person completely changes in 16 years, but this doesn't matter to this ignorant system. A country where a ruling party buys MPs (JMM case), where women are unsafe in Capital (with lady CM, lady heading ruling party, now a lady President), where everything happens other than justice to common man and to anyone who is trying to improve - we can't expect justice. .........what else, just nothing, nothing expected from this nation & its judiciary ruled and defined by cops & politicians who are another name of corruption.

Do not worry Sanjay Dutt is also Ex (Late) Ministers son. He will get same privileges as other Minister's son. His crime is not less than anyone He has got AK56 that too from Gangster. I think this is Justice. Manu Sharma also got Life Imprisonment. He is in Jail finally. Now it is time of Salman Khan who rammed 7 innocent people sleeping in footpath in drunken driving case. Also he killed Black Bucks.
Bollywood Heroes now its common peoples time to celebrate.
