Just because corrupt politicians are going free does not mean that we have to let out Sanjay out. He committed crime. He deserves punishment for that.

If Sanjay is in Jail, it does not mean the film industry is going to suffer. Film industry in the world before his birth and will survivie for ages after his death.

Infact, he got special treatment. The judge gave him bail and allowed him to act in movies. He should be grateful to the judge for being considerate though Sanjay does not deserve that.

Dear Yogi

Shut up. You know you are typing nonsense to get some response from people.

This is attention seeking behavior.
Grow up.

Mr Yogi,

Sanjay Dutt deserved what he got.

Dawood's brother sent arms (guns, hand grenades) to Sanjay Dutt. Later he returned most and kept one AK56. Those guns and grenades were used in bomb blast by those terrorists.

Thats the charge against Sanjay Dutt and it has been proved. He is very lucky that he was not convicted in the conspiracy for the bombblast. He would have got lot more in that case.

Sanjay Dutt is no saint...
He has been friends with D gang all along.

Particularly check the way he asked for some
stuff from Chhota Shakeel. That shows how he is
friends with the mafia.

You are right to the extent that you feel the judiciary should be competant to absolve a person of repute or eminence for anything they could have committed as crime as per the law. But, to this element of overruling the law book needs to be framed in the law itself by way of specific procedure to be adopted to have the room for general amnesty/pardon based on public campaign and submission of supportive documents to a competant leagl authority who can recommend either for withdrawal of charges or to punish with mild sentence! Since such a built in procedure as above is not there in the law book (that too definitely not there for a TADA Special court appointed exclusively for the Mumbai bomb blasts of 1993),to peruse a convict's charges based on his social status and standing! Here, the Supreme Court steps in to restore the judgement to a better level in line with the public perceptions! Hope, dear SANJU gets some less jail term or let out as free man accepting his earlier 16 months in Jail is fair enough for him to learn the lessons for what he did!

You idiot, talk some sense.

Just because Sanjay dutt is a star, celebrity and bollywood suffer loss - he should be freed.

In USA recently one top hollywood actress served 45 days in prison just for driving car without driving license. CAN THIS HAPPEN IN INDIA ?

Wake up and look things in the perspective of national interest.

This should be an eye opener for all high class who think they are above law.
