I understand that people are debating whether this is good or bad judgment. Before we go into discussing further, I guess it is important for us to understand what is the rule of law in this case.
Can any one, who has some legal knowledge of Indian penal code, say what does the law say in this case? What does the law say of keeping a firearm? What is the sentence specified in the law? Please throw some light. Thanks.

after all a criminal is a criminal and media should not hype this case like anything coz this itself a far late verdict.
