yes it is right decision , sanjay dutt is same crimnal like other, but in his past life he did some good films, in which ware very good massage for all human being. he is the only actor whose film we can watch with our whole familt althow other actors film are impossible to watch with family as per hindustan culture.

So what ? If you are not able to catch a criminal then release all the criminals you already caught ?
