He must be booked under Arms Act and his verdict should be restricted to this offence but it is known that he is not invloved in the bomb blas he just committed a childish mistake of acquiring a gun for his safety but he never involved in the bomb blas then why shuld he be punished with relations with bomb bas

Of course, he was sentenced for arms act only. He was released from TADA.

He asked for ammunation , he got it,its criminal act.If poor conspirators even lady imprisoned for life , should rich, bold,educated,well placed stalwarts get away?
No , one asks for AK-57? Also who has friends who can supply AK? Only criminals have such friends.Being their associate, knowing of conspiracy, he knew Hindus will be killed and backlash of it and got AK 57 to kill more Hindus? He is no COW.

Yes and the 1000 or who died during the Bombay roits of 1993. what about them? did they not die a painful death? What about the justice to them?

people who died in Bombay riots deserve justice Doesn't that mean that people can seek justice through Bomb blast.

Very true Deepak . Mr Deepak giving nice lecture is very easy . Go and ask the relatives of those who died in Mumbai Blast . Imagine their suffering, pitty & pain - you will get the answer.

make a practice to accept the verdict of Appex court which is the only institution in Indian where anybody can trust .
Moreover, have u have the complete materials when you give your judgement whether Sanjay should be proscuted under aram act or some other act .

A criminal is criminal irrespective of name , fame he or she command.

childish at the age of 34 ? still immature at that age ? then let all the people related to the bomb blasts go.some were even 16 years.and let this country have more film stars who try to relate with the gangsters !!! we have plenty as it is.
