I would say instead of six years, give him one year rigorous imprisonment and million dollar fine. I don't think he will serve six years anyways, he will try and will manage to get out in less than a year. So why not cook money from him, he has made plenty.

i agree, give him 2 years punishment (out of which 16 months already served) and impose huge fine on him.

Abe Angrej ki aulad, Yeh US nahi hai. and $1 mil? India me kab se $$ chalne lage? You are inspired by OJ simpson case. Khuni fasi pe latka nahi par mil $$ bharke abhi scot free ghoom raha hai! india me kabhi to celebrities ko saja hoti hai. sadne de usko jail me 6 saal. He is not a great actor anyways.
