I think sanjay should accept that law is same for every one,he violated the law of the land by having arms illeagally and he is bound to be given the punishment.
But it is very piognant that in Indian jails there are no fans for inmates.This is in violation of human rights for 21st century.
I think sanjay should offer to work in the week days and stay in sunday and saturday in prison.He should offer to donate 90% of his earnings for 6 years,for the betterment of the families of those who died in the 93 blasts.
As he is no threat to the society , as he was probably never was this shold be considered by the home ministry of Maharastra, there by putting a presedent.
All those people who are sympathatic to those unfortunate people in the prisions shold donate money to jails to buy fans not only for people like sanjay but for all prisoners.
This shold be seriously considered because this year many prisioners in Thihar jail died of sunstroke.

He had earned a lot but he donated no money to 257 victims of bomb blast, he well knew and as responsible citizen could have averted by informing police. He is criminal and live in India to make money. society has given him respect, love fame and money but he only gave them hate and death. We all know what criminals do on probation!!make more money and more conspiracies.

the reason there are no fans in jail cells is because prisoners could hang themselves easily , or an inmate could kill another and hang him from the fan to make it look like suicide
