It just proves the insensitiveness of the judiciary. The sentence is too harsh. Pity that the politicians get away with murder but the average citizen gets screwed.

this man sanjay dutt also belongs to politician family. I think we Indian have to blame themself. We have unneccesarry sampathy.

If all VIPs are left like that without punishing, saying there are bigger criminals outside. Whats the need for law? This is the correct decision given by judge, I appreciate it. Now actors think seriously before committing any crime. Ask the relatives & friends of 93 bomb blast victims, u will understand how much impact that bomb blast created on their lives.

similarly ask the victims suffered by 84/92/bhagalpur/orissa/gujrat n many more attacks on minorities. simple in india what is happening is due to action and reaction. we r living under the shadow of terror in the name of temple/mosque/church/guru dawara. wake up man
