As Kiron Kher has also rightly said since Sanjay was a known and public figure and in order to show that law is equal for all and does not spare anybody the punishment given to him is so harsh. I think our lawyers, government, judges are forgetting AFZAL GURU>> it should not take 14 years to decide for his punishment. where is the the justice. a person who has shattered the Indian Democracy.

Sanjay Dutt is a Hindu follower (though born to a Muslim mother)but Afzal Guru is a Muslim and hence he will get special treatment.
Ask Manmohan singh, how worried he is about Dr.Haneef. If any other non-muslim was caught in australia they would have never bothered about it (Raman kutty, Mr.Reddy,....all killed).

Mr. Kamath, You Mis -interparretd the statement made by Mr. Manmohan Singh, he said that thing due the, statement made vby british defence minister ( indian terriost haneef), mr. manmohan sigh said i loose my sleep due this statement according to us you cannot say the whole country terriost. his main concern is that.
But. for Mr. Togadia*& Mr.Modi, it is an act of helping Muslims or anti Hindu. but this staement is for India & Indian People only.
We have the sympathy for Sanju Baba, Because he has changed his life style. (Responsible indian) But if in his place Salamn or Pther muslim actor is involved in this incident Mr. Modi & Togadia will say Muslim terriost. if sanjay dutt is not an Hindu Terriost. why we are using the Word Muslim Terriost. Main thing is that terriost have no religion. Bomb fatne se pehle yeh nahin puchta ki mein hindu par fat raha hoon ya muslim par. SO WE HAVE TO BEHAVE LIKE A BALANCED INDIAN WITH AL THE RELIGION.
