It is very sad to know that the prisoners are not provided bacis facialities like fan and mosquito net.

After all they are human being and punished for their deeds they must be provided the bacis needs

you go and give them. ok? see ...... its a jail and not a transit accomodation to passengers or travellers. i hope you got the point!!!
