harsh by what standard. This is a very fair trail. Judge rightfully relieved him from Terrorism related charges. Sanjay possessed a AK56 rifle, and a pistol and related ammunitions. He also instigated 3 of his friends to help him destroy those weapons. There are 2 crimes committed. Possessing weapon. Influencing others to take part in the crime. The judgement is perfect and fair.
Now he has chance to appeal to supreme court. He can't remission for his good conduct during jailed term. Using his influence, he can gain access to all the benefits.

If he did no harm to anybody,if he did not use that weapon to actually kill anybody, then the punishment is too harsh. May be 1 or 2 years RI, but not six years. Look at haram kors like Lallu Prasad Yadav and "Amaaaa" Jayalithaaaaaaa. They have managed to beat the system and stay in power. Munna Bhai deserved better. But I cannot forgive him for his dinner with Dawood Ibrahim.

Life of 2000 dead could have been saved if he had informed police of conspiracy as responsible citizen. His enthusiasm as goon of Dawood Ebrahim prompted moral support to others 93 to do this heinous act. He is dangerous of all,to do it and get away and enjoy life, not even Dawood can do it. release all 93 if he is released. all have families to support,all have realised their mistakes, why have courts and make mockery .....
