What is there great in indian judicial system my friend. He sucked 14 years. The planning would have been done in 14 days. Do you call such useless fellow as a great person. 14 years even ram ji completed vanvas. What is his judgement going to do good. Do you think victims will get anything after 14 years. I dont think they would even remember that incident. Rather than feeling shame at such a shabby speed we are foolish to say law has won. Indian judiciary is a big farse. Let us understand. It has just useless things on surface of earth.

sir he has to decide whether people shud live or die .. and if they have to live how much they have to live for .. and for more than 100 people .. u think 14 yrs is too long .. then i wud say .. sit on the hot seat . u wud not the pain of it ..

Mr. Kumar, He sucked for 14 years because he gave correct judgement he was not corrupted and did not let any go. I believe justice is done by him and Sanjay Dutt case is a perfect example. Remembering the incident the one who has gone through the incident will never forget it for lifetime but can't say about u.

It is highly objectionable that your feelings are such for this case where the justice is dine in every corner of the law. Really U have also to understand the patence of appreciating bulk of the documentary and oral evidence , plenty of legal provisions and infrastructure to come out on a logical conclusion. It seems very easy friend. But in reality it is very diffuicult task.

Mr Kumar, You are belitting the effort of Kode. Be more practical in your assesment. In our courts the cases go on for generations and closing some thing of this magnitude is no mean effort. Besides, he has been humane while being firm.

Mr. PSNKUMAR i think u are writing as if u know the law very well.In India normal divorce cases take atleast 1year this was terrorist blast case that too not 1 but so many. Ok think before u write. spare the judge a thought. Mr Kode has done a wonderful job.

Mr Kumar, I think you have never come across a Judge personally. Its a very tough job. There are arguments and counter arguments that it becomes very difficult to decide what is truth and what is not.
Barring exceptional cases in which clearcut material evidence exists, at the end of the day, a Judge who convicts or acquits is never sure whether his decision was actually right or wrong though he has a system down below which advises him. But ultimately, the decision is his. Its very easy to criticise anybody but no doubt that Judge Kode has done a remarkable job.
He could have very easily let Sanjay Dutt go and still would have won kudos and nobody would have questioned his decision.

Justice Khote should be congratulated that at least he has delivered justice by punishing the accused and showing remission to those against whom charges could not be framed.
Mr. Kumar should not mix the judge's role with that of a cricket umpire. At the slightest appeal he cannot raise his finger and change a man's destiny. He has to go through the records, petitions, etc. be doubly sure and then send a person to the gallows.

Just seat on Mr.Kode chair and then see from last 14 yrs he and his family live under threat u cant be like Mr.kode but Mr Kode can be like u this is differance so pls dont comment like this no one can do this job ....
