Do you think a person should be appreciated for his efforts to decide the faith of the case in 10 years?
Either we need to change the judiciary system or bring new crop of judges who can take the decisions fast...
Why we have to hang 10 years for the verdict?
Mr. Kode - if you are dedicated enough and loves your profession then please first learn how to take the decision in short time rather than proving yourself as the greatest judge of recent times.

Dear Sam,
Agree with you that the case was complicated and also have thousands of pages to read and understand the case.
Lets be practical and ask yourself how much time you need to resolve a query between a group of persons who claim to be innocent if you were to be a JUDGE?
We are just following the same old tendency of our ancestors who learn the judiciary from British people.
We need a revolution here to break this system and have a new JUDICIARY SYSTEM where you dont have to wait for the judgement for years.

Mr. Shah,
You are right, But you will also agree with me that there is a process which is followed of appeals, requests, allegations, couner allegations, witness etc which is documented and thn evaluate. Its complex process
In my openion and as can be seen from many other friends who are on board feel he has done good job.
He ensured judgement was right and you can see every one is delighted with results. Regards

I am not degrading Mr. Kode but trying to highlight the fact which cannot be buried...
1. The case took more than a decade which is a tight slap on the face of the Judiciary Sytem.
2. Why the cases of high profile mumbai politicians (who were responsible for mass killings before the blast)had immediate verdict?
3. Not a single person was sentenced to death nor anybody was held responsible?
4. Bold decisions are appreciated if its same for the high profile politicians and a common citizen...

Friend,
This was complex case Kode had a daunting task of going through 13,000 pages of oral evidence, 7,000 pages of documentary evidence and 6,700 pages of statements of the accused. There were a whopping 686 witnesses in the case.
Do you feel its an easy task??? lest be practical..

IT IS A NEGATIVE ATTITUDE TO CRITISISE A JUDGE FOR TAKING LONG TIME TO DELIVER A VERDICT, WHEN YU DON'T KNOW THE DEPTH OF THE CASE.PL.DONT SHOW YUR IMMETURITY.
