The verdict is too harsh.The judge could have given him 2 yrs max for the type of crime he commited.Who from the film industry does not have contacts with the D group??and they have to keep contacts as most of the films are financed by them.Why not arrange to catch the main culprit instead of punishing these innocents.Its a very harsh judgement.May be the judge is in pressure from a particular group to give such judgement.

Are you saying harsh just becuase he is from the film industry? Would you have a similar mercy it was someone else? We can never forgive someone who is responsible for death of innocent citizens.

There should be no parciality in judgement. heshould be treated as any other supporters of terrorism.

You ppl are bunch of idiots.... just because everybody is comitting crime doesn't mean those found guilty should n't be punished...Ppl should appreciate this judgement and demand that others also should be caught and punished...

Perhaps you don't know about IPC and CrPC. This si least punishment what he deservs. I hope CBI will do the job without fear and favour and reappel in supreme court to also punish under criminal conspiracy.

He was breaking a law by possesing an AK56 which carries a minimum sentencing of 5yrs.He got a minimum of one yr for possesing arms without licence and a minimum of five yrs for carry restricted weapon like an AK 56,in total six years.He got minimum sentencing on each section under which ,he was convicted.

According IPC sentences are carried parllel. under section 25B he dererves for 5 years
