Indian judicial system is still alive

by this verdict..it is clear that indian judicial system is still alive...it doesnt matter if it is Sanjay Dutt or Amitabh Bhachan...all must be equally treated

really if u take emotion out of it all.
He has been sentenced for a mistake he committed. and it is a fair fair judgement.
he committed a crime, made others a part to it as wellin a small way, was not involved in terrorist activity so didnt deserve the TADA punishments. So for what he committed he has got a just punishment.

as a footnote. we shall miss munnabhai ,as a fan everyone would be disappointed. But trust me it is a great day for judiciary who proved that law is the same for everyone.
