If Indian governement wants to really punish culprits then do they have guts to drag Dawood n Tiger from pakistan n hang them in public. They dont.So they r punishing people with supporting role and showing that they have done a great job.

are you trying to say that the supporting these crimes is no offence? And the supporter can only charged after the main accused get nabed? This is fulish.we as a indian should not be thinking like this,we should expect all the peoples should get charged who are accused.
