sevierity of the crime doe by Sanjay Dut could have been felt if this punishment would have occured 14 years back. now when he has already lived with the guilt feeling for this long and with the fear of this decesion and worked on himself to be a better person then why this punishment.. yes his crime was very sevier but in this fourteen years it has lost the sevierity..so this decesion is not at all acceptable
