i applaud judge kode for his verdict as he has uphold the law. I am sure he must have been under lot of political pressure since sanjus father was "chamcha" of gandhi family. But anyway, if u do a crime, u have to be punished. Laws cant be different for individual persons. In US, they sent Paris Hilton for jail a DUI. So i think Dutt got lucky

In the US you can legally own a gun. He wouldnt buy it from gangsters, he could easily go to a local grovery store and buy one (Pun intended).

I am from the late Shri Sunil Dutt's constituency, and whether he was a "chamcha" or not he did more than any politician can for the people in the city of Bombay. He won every single election he contested. He was NOT supported by the Gandhi family or the Congress high command. He was supported by Shri Bal Thackaray (Shiv Sena) for which he did not contest the 1996 election. As a protest that year the Shiv Sena won that constituency because Dutt saab's voters wanted to teach the Congress a lesson.
So you observation is absolutely rubbish. And your uncalled for attack on Dutt saab is totally unnecessary and out of context. But people from Modi-land dont have much to offer in terms of respecting a dead man who died honourably and was a clean politician unlike some in your backyard.
