those who think sanjay should have been pardoned, please think of the people who died in the blasts and those injured and also their family members, friends etc. Just because sanjay is a filmstar or the son of a MP/filmstar he should not be pardoned. Law should be the same for all. He was very well educated and mature at the time of his crime, but may be he was foolish to befriend those who brought him misery, but in sanjays case this argument also is not acceptable because he has earlier befriended drug suppliers, so he should have learnt a lesson there, which he did not.
